In a market that is bursting with stunning mountain scenery, it’s hard to stand out amongst the rest.
Be honest, when you hear Snowmass, CO, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? That it’s the same as Aspen? Or maybe it’s hard to even place at all? Bet it probably wasn’t world-class skiing with only 2 people per acre and over 80 miles mountain biking.
Meet Your Outside Side is about the side of you that only Snowmass nature can reveal. To create this surreal experience, we created these characters to embody experiences and feature iconic Snowmass elements together seamlessly. With these bold new characters as Snowmass ambassadors, there will be no second guessing about this mountain destination.

Bestway doesn’t treat trash like, well, trash.
No one likes to think about trash because it’s, well, trash. Fill in the blank with whatever adjective you’d like about trash and it’s still not great. So how do we get people to realize that their trash and recycling company in Colorado Springs is actually pretty extraordinary?
For Bestway There we decided to pick up four different customers under the guise of getting a ride in a “luxury vehicle” because by Bestway’s standard, the trash and recycling trucks are luxury-they are truly the cleanest trucks you will ever see and you’ll never smell them coming. It’s all part of Giving Garbage A Good Name.
This utility company (em)powers the entire city. No, really.
It’s not everyday that you find a company, let alone a utility company, that is community owned. The community’s voices are always listened to and considered in every aspect of what Colorado Springs Utilities does-from Changing the Current with energy efficiency for the city to peak savings discounts for residents.
In order to truly highlight this, we choose to feature some incredible employees/residents that work at Colorado Springs Utilities. And what we found was unparalleled love and pride for their jobs and their community. The work that they do on a daily basis has a huge impact on their own person lives outside of work as well as the citizens of the community. Simply another way that Colorado Springs Utilities is Changing the Current.

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Rarely does anyone think about their trash and recycling company–especially when there’s usually not a choice. But in Colorado Springs, the residents have an option. So how do we show that this highly dedicated company is one worth thinking about?
To highlight that Bestway truly lives their responsible recycling philosophy and famous friendly personality, we decided to highlight one of their customers, Jim Marsh. He’s a local artist and musician who creates awesomely unique instruments: hubcap banjos, gas can basses, license plate guitars, etc. all from materials that he finds from shops around town. We documented his process of making an electric guitar from an old military box and saw it live in action with his bluegrass band. Passionate customers like Jim show us that there’s treasure out there in all forms of recycling if you’re willing to look. And it’s all part of Giving Garbage A Good Name.

Colorado is filled with incredible Mile High activities. But this one is higher.
“There’s nothing to do here” said no one ever while visiting or living in Colorado. Every few miles there is some beautiful sight to be seen. So how do we get America’s highest suspension bridge to the top of everyone’s Colorado bucket list? Well, it starts with a simple question...
What will you come across when you Come Across? With the Come Across Artist Series, we invited three different artist to come to the bridge. The work that they created was directly inspired by what they discovered about this historical landmark, stunning scenery, and their own experiences. Each piece of art was as unique as the individual and their interactions with the bridge. To find your own experience, all you need to do is come across.

Everyone loves a good comeback story. Especially when puppies are involved.
All over Colorado there are sweet shelter doggos that are in need of a home. Rather than doing a “traditional” agency holiday card, we decided to partner with Underdog Animal Rescue and Ironsmith Films in order to help these pups find their forever homes.
With a ton of peanut butter and patience, we featured these adorable dogs as the lead characters in some of our favorite holiday films: The Grinch, A Christmas Story, Love Actually, and many more. The dogs starring in the spots were featured in the credits and could be adopted by the viewers. And to my knowledge, all the dogs were adopted or fostered as a result! Guess there really is no place like home for the holidays.
